Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to correct minor errors in the description of certain licence numbers to be inserted in Schedule 4 to the Liquor Act 2007 by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 2) Regulation 2009.

This Regulation is made under the Liquor Act 2007, including section 159 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Licence Numbers)
Regulation 2009.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 2) 2009

Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

Omit the sixth character (being the first zero) in each licence number specified in Table 1 or 2 at the end of clause 1 as inserted by Schedule 1 [1].
