AN ACT to amend sections 63 and 64 of the

Liquor Act 1970-1982.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Liquor and citation. Short title

Amendment Act (No. 3) 1982.

(2) In this Act the Liquor Act 1970-1982 is RapeRgilidA's

Section 63

amended. 2. Section 63 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (2)-

(a)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "and";
(b)	in paragraph (c) by deleting "licences," and substituting the following-

" licences; and " ; and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (c) the follow- ing paragraph-

" (d) store licences, " .

Section 64

amended. 3. Section 64 of the principal Act is amended

(a) in subsection (2) by deleting "hotel licences and tavern licences" and substituting the following-

" hotel licences, tavern licences and store

licences " ; and

(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "hotel licences and tavern licences" and substituting the following-

" hotel licences, tavern licences and store

licences " .
