An Act to amend the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1996

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Liquor (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1997.

Commencement

2.  This Act commences on 1 July 1997.

Amendment of Liquor (Amendment) Act 1996

3.  Section 8 of the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1996¹ is amended by omitting “30 June 1997” and substituting “30 September 1997”.
