AN ACT to amend the Liquor Act 1970-1982.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Liquor argtt'itn.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the

twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is

assented to by the Governor.

Section 127

amended. 3. Section 127 of the principal Act is amended in

subsection (1)-

(a) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following-

" or ";

(b)	by deleting "; or" at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting a comma; and
(c)	by deleting paragraph (d).
