63—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor. I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Liquor Amendment Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 March 2000 as the day on which Schedule 1 [56] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

This Proclamation commences Schedule 1 [56] to the Liquor Amendment Act 1999, which inserts new sections that create offences in respect of proof of age cards.
