GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Liquor Amendment Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2000 as the day on which Schedule 1 [43] and [44] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Liquor
