LIQUOR AMENDMENT ACT

No. 26 of 1988

AN ACT to amend section 11 of the Liquor Act 1970.

[Assented to 31 October 1988]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Act 1988.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

Principal Act

3. In this Act the Liquor Act 1970* is referred to as the principal Act.

Section 11 amended

4.     Section 11 (1) of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by deleting "or" at the end of paragraph (b);
(b)	by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the following-

" ; or "; and

(c) by inserting the following paragraph-

" (d) the conduct of the business of the Court so

requires, ".
