An Ordinance to amend the Liquor Ordinance 1975

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Liquor (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 July 1988.

Issue and transfer of Club Licences—conditions

3.  Section 34 of the Liquor Ordinance 19752 is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (d) “calendar year for the purposes of electing” and substituting “3 calendar years for the purpose of electing members of”.
