AN ACT to amend section 36 of the Liquor Act
1970 -1982.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Liquor acim=ttlieon.

Section 36
| amended. | 2. Section 36 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting paragraph (b) and sub- stituting the following paragraph |
| (b) | between half-past eight and nine in the evening on any weekday on which- |
(i) under section 85 (1) of the Factories and Shops Act 1963, a shop to which that section applies may be kept open until nine in the evening; or
(ii) all shops to which section 85 (1) of the Factories and Shops Act 1963 applies, which are in the same locality as the licensed premises, are granted a permit under section 84 (2) (b) of the Factories and Shops Act 1963 to be kept open during that time. ".
