AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Liquor Ordinance 1975

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

LIQUOR (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1978

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Liquor (Amendment)

Ordinance 1978.*

2. Section 34 of the Liquor Ordinance 1975f is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

" (2) Where, in respect of premises situated on land comprised in a lease granted by the Commonwealth, there is in force a General Licence, the Board shall not authorize the issue of a Club Licence to a club if the premises of the club are situated on that land.".
