Act No. 6, 1976.

An Act to amend the Liquor Act, 1912, so as to increase license fees and certain other fees payable under that Act. [Assented to, 24th March, 1976.]

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the "Liquor (Amendment)

Act, 1 9 7 6 " .

2 .      The Liquor Act, 1912, is amended in the manner set

forth in Schedule 1.

SCHEDULE 1.

AMENDMENTS TO LIQUOR ACT, 1 9 1 2 .

(1) (a) Section 21 (1) (b), (d), (g), (i) (ii), (1), (n),

(q )— Omit "six and one-half" wherever occurring,

insert instead "8".

(b) Section 21 (1) (i) ( i )—

Omit "four and one-half", insert instead "6".

(2) Section 57B (5 )—

Omit " (2)" , insert instead " ( 2 B ) " .
