Ian ANNO OCTODECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 23 of 1969 An Act to Amend The Liquor Acts 1912 to 1965 in certain particulars [ASSENTED TO 18TH DECEMBER, 1969] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled. and by the authority of the same, as folIows:- 1. Short title and citation . (I) This Act may be cited as the Liquor Acts Amendment Act 1969. (2) The Liquor Act of 1912, as subsequently amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Liquor Act1912-1969.

142 Liquor Acts Amendment Act 1969, No. 23 2. Amendment to s. 114. Section 114 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2). 3. Amendment to s. 125AB . Section 125AB of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections (4) to (11), both inclusive.
