This order in council may be cited as the Liquor Act (Trust Fund) Order 1991 . Commencement 2. This order in council commences on 9 December 1991. Allocation of Funds 3. The amounts of money specified in the Schedule shall be paid from the Trust Fund established at Treasury under Section 47(2A) of the LiquorAct 1912 to the persons and for the purposes specified.
