AN ACT to amend the Liquor Act, 1970-1973.
[Assented to 18th November, 1974.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Liquor Act short title

| (a) | by substituting for the passage "72%" under the column headed "Percentage under section 159 (2)" opposite the words "Tavern Licence and a Store Licence", the passage "8%"; and |
| (b) | by substituting for the passage "5170" under the column headed "Percentage under section 159 (2)" opposite the passage "All other Licences (except a Vigneron's Licence)", the passage "7%". |
