AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Liquor Ordinance (No. 3) 1975.

I, T H E GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the follow­ ing Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1973.

LIQUOR ORDINANCE 1976

1. (1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Liquor Ordinance

1976.*

(2 ) The Liquor Ordinance (No. 3) 1975,t as amended by this

Ordinance, may be cited as the Liquor Ordinance 1975-1976.

2. Section 51 of the Liquor Ordinance (No. 3) 1975 is amended

by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:—

" (5) The Board shall not make an order under this Division except upon an application made by the Registrar under section 48 or 49.".
