Liquor (3a.m. Safe Night Precincts) Amendment Regulation 2016 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Liquor (3a.m. Safe Night Precincts) Amendment Regulation 2016 .

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 February 2017.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002.

4   Insertion of new s 3EA

Part 1A, after section 3E—
insert—

3EA    3a.m. safe night precincts—Act, s 173P

For section 173P(1) of the Act, each safe night precinct mentioned in schedule 16A is prescribed to be a 3a.m. safe night precinct.

5   Insertion of new sch 16A
