Application for approval of the LINX Newcastle Kooragang Enterprise Agreement 2023
Linx Kooragang Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the LINX Newcastle Kooragang Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 7 July 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2026.
The Agreement covers the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia.
