Limited Partnerships Amendment Rules 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Limited Partnerships Amendment
Rules 2011.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows —

(a)	rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Rules amended

These rules amend the Limited Partnerships Rules 1909.

4.             Rule 3 amended

In rule 3 delete the Table and insert:

1.	Registration of limited partnership	$174.00
2.	Inspection of statements filed by	$4.50
Registrar
3.	Certificate of registration	$11.90
4.	Certified copy of, or extract from, a	$4.50 per
registered statement	folio of 72 words
