LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AMENDMENT RULES 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Limited Partnerships Amendment Rules

1995.

Commencement

2. These rules come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Rule 3 amended

3.  Rule 3 of the Limited Partnerships Rules 1909* is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$133" and substituting the following —

a $135 ";

(b)	in paragraph (c) by deleting	"$3" and substituting the
following —

$4 "; and

(c)	in paragraph (d) —
(i) by deleting "$8" and substituting the following —

";and

(ii) by deleting "$3" and substituting the following —

$4 ".
