LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AMENDMENT RULES 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Limited Partnerships Amendment Rules

1991.

Rule 3 amended

2. Rule 3 of the Limited Partnerships Rules 1909* is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$88.00" and substituting the following —

" $130 ";

(b)	in paragraph (c) by deleting u$2.00" and substituting the following —
" $3 "; and
(c)	in paragraph (d) by deleting —
(i) "$5.50" and substituting the following —

" $8 ";and

(ii)"$2.00" and substituting the following —
