LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AMENDMENT RULES 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Limited Partnership Amendment Rules

1993.

Commencement

2. These rules come into operation on 1 September 1993.

Rule 3 amended

3. Rule 3 of the Limited Partnerships Rules 1909* is amended in paragraph

(a) by deleting 1130" and substituting the following —

" $133
