Limitation (Amendment) Act 1994

An Act to amend the Limitation (Amendment) Act 1993

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Limitation (Amendment) Act 1994.

Commencement

2.  This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

Application

3.  Section 7 of the Limitation (Amendment) Act 1993 is amended by omitting from sub-section (3) “instituted before the commencement of this section” and substituting “instituted before 1 June 1994 unless those proceedings were determined before the commencement of the Limitation (Amendment) Act 1994”.
