HEREAS it is expedient to amend so much of Act No. 16of Preamble.
18'72, as fixes the limits within which lights are to be carried |
by vehicles at night-Be .it Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, by and with the advice and colwent of the Legislative Council and House of Asssembly of the said Province,
in Parliament assembled, as follows:

been omitted therefrom.
Act, who shall refuse, on demand, to give to any officer of any |

by such officer or police constable, and conveyed to the nearest
police station, there to be detained until such time as he may be
