Lighthouses and Light Dues Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Lighthouses Act 1911.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Rate of light dues

2. Regulation 15 of the Lighthouses and Light Dues Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “49” and substituting “53”.
