  1. Name of regulation

    This regulation is the Lifetime Care and Support (Catastrophic Injuries) Regulation 2015.

  2. Commencement

    This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

    NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

  3. Dictionary

    The dictionary at the end of this regulation is part of this regulation.

    Note 1The dictionary at the end of this regulation defines certain terms used in this regulation.

  5. Authorised people—Act, s 12

    The following people are prescribed:

    (a)the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;

    (b)the general manager (however described) of the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales;

    (c)an authorised person under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW), section 41 (3) (Delegation of functions).

Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales means the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales constituted under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW), section 33.
