REGULATIONS
UNDER THE LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1945-1965.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting
with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the Life Insurance Act 1945-1965.

Amendment
of the Life Insurance Regulations
Interest on overdue
premiums on ordinary policies.
1. Regulation 11 of the Life
Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting the word “seven” and inserting in
its stead the word “eight”.
Application.
2. The amendment made by the last preceding regulation does not apply in
relation to the charging of compound interest in respect of any period before
the date of commencement of these Regulations.
