Prudential Rules No. 41 - Approval of Amendment of Approved Benefit Fund Rules

I, John Roy Trowbridge, a delegate of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (“APRA”), under subsection 252(4) of the Life Insurance Act 1995 (the “Act”), VARY the following rules in Prudential Rules No 41 for the purposes of subsection 16Q(2) and paragraph 16Q(4)(b) of the Act:

1. The rule in the first column of the following table is amended as described in the second column in the Table:

Rule	Amendment
1.(e)	Substitute “Prudential Standard LPS 902 Approved Benefit Fund Requirements” for “Prudential Standard 2”
1.(f)	Substitute “paragraph 17 of the Prudential Standard LPS 320 Actuarial and Related Matters” for “Prudential Standard 1”

This instrument commences on the date it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
