Liens on Crops and Wool and Stock Mortgages Regulation 1998 (NSW)
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liens on Crops and Wool and Stock Mortgages Act 1898.
Minister for Land and Water Conservation
This Regulation is the Liens on Crops and Wool and Stock Mortgages Regulation 1998.
This Regulation commences on 1 June 1998.
In this Regulation:
For the purposes of section 13 of the Act, the following particulars are prescribed:
(a) the date of the mortgage,
(b) the full names of the mortgagor and mortgagee,
(c) the consideration or the amount of the loan,
(d) the number and description of, and the brand or other distinctive mark on, the sheep, cattle or horses being mortgaged,
(e) the place where the sheep, cattle or horses are being kept and the name of the manager of that place.
The Liens on Crops and Wool and Stock Mortgages Regulation 1992 is repealed.
Any act, matter or thing that had effect under the Liens on Crops and Wool and Stock Mortgages Regulation 1992 immediately before the commencement of this Regulation is taken to have effect under this Regulation.
