AN ACT to amend the Licensing (Provisional

Certificate) Act, 1947.

[Assented to 20th December, 1951.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Licensing (Provisional Certificate) Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Licensing (Provi- sional Certificate) Act, 1947 (Act No. 47 of 1947), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

may be cited as the Licensing (Provisional Certi-

ficate) Act, 1947-1951.

Section three of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the word, "fifty-one" in the last

line the word, "fifty-six".

Section five of the principal Act is amended by adding thereto the words, "An application under this section shall be in the form of the Fifth Schedule to the Licensing Act, 1911-1949, and shall be accom- panied by an application fee of five pounds."

amended. 5. Section six of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the word, "fifty-two" in line three

the word, "fifty-seven".
