AN ACT to continue the operation of the

Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1914.

[Assented to 7th August, 1917.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amendment Continuance Act, 1917.

Continuance of Act

2.

The Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1914, shall continue in force until the thirtieth day of September, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and shall then expire unless further continued :

No. 22 of 1914,

Provided that if prior to that date a resolution is passed by both Houses of Parliament to the effect that the said Act shall continue for a further period expressed in such resolution the said Act shall continue in force accordingly.
