AN ACT to amend the Licensing Act, 1911-1962.
[Assented to 23rd December, 1963.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

| 2. Section thirty-nine of the principal Act is | amended. |
amended by adding after subsection (1) the
following subsection:
(la) Notwithstanding the provisions of para- graph (b) of subsection (1) of this section, the holder of a gallon licence shall not be required to enter in the book to be kept pursuant to that paragraph, the name of the purchaser of the liquor.
