AN ACT to amend the Licensing Act, 1911-1969.

[Assented to 17th November, 1969.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Licensing
and citation.

S. 32 2. Section 32 of the principal Act is amended

(a) by adding after the word, "wine" in line two, the passage, ", honey mead" ; and

(b) by adding after the word, "Commonwealth" in line five, the words, "and such honey mead to be made from honey produced in the Commonwealth".

3. Section 33 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by adding after the word, "Commonwealth" in line six of subsection (1), the passage, "and any honey mead made in a State of the Commonwealth, from honey produced in the Commonwealth" ;
(b)	by adding after the word, "wine" in line seven of subsection (1), the words, "or honey mead" ;
(c)	by adding after the word, "wine" in line three of subsection (3), the words, "and honey mead" ;
(d)	by adding after the word, "Commonwealth" in line five of subsection (4), the words, "and Australian honey mead made from honey produced in a State of the Commonwealth" ;
(e)	by adding after the word, "wine" in line seven of subsection (7), the words, "and honey mead" ; and
(f)	by adding after the word, "wine" first occurring in subsection (10), the words, "and honey mead".

4. Subsection (1) of section 34 of the principal Ulded.

Act is amended by adding after the word, "Commonwealth" in line six, the passage, "and honey mead made in a State of the Commonwealth from honey produced in the Commonwealth," .

5. Subsection (1) of section 61 of the principal S.ol mended.

Act is amended by deleting the passage, "previously unlicensed, which premises" in lines five and six, and substituting the word, "that".
