AN ACT to amend the Licensing Act, 1911-1959.

[Assented to 6th October, 1960.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Licensing EttWIttlieon.

Act Amendment Act, 1960.

(2) In this Act the Licensing Act, 1911-1959, is Reprinted as approved for

referred to as the principal Act.	8/6/1960.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Licensing Act, 1911-1960.

Section 205

amended. 2. Section two hundred and five of the principal

Act is amended by

(a)	adding after the word, "if" in line one of paragraph (c) of subsection (2) the words, "subject to paragraph (d) of this subsec- tion";
(b)	adding after the word, "determine" being the last word of paragraph (c) of subsec- tion (2) the word, "or";
(c)	adding after paragraph (c) of subsection (2) a further paragraph as follows:

(d) On a Sunday, not being Anzac Day, if the Club is situate in the Goldfields district and the liquor is sold by the bottle or in a bottle in quantities of not more than two bottles to each customer and during the earlier of the two periods specified in para- graph (c) of this subsection or determined by the Court in accord- ance with that paragraph, as the case may be. ;

(d) adding after subsection (2) a further subsection as follows:—

(3) In this section "Goldfields district" has the same meaning as in subsection (5) of section one hundred and twenty- one of this Act.
