AN ACT to amend the Licensing Act, 1911-1949.

[Assented to 7th January, 1952.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Licensing Act, 1911-1949 (Act No. 32 of 1911, as reprinted with amendments to and includ- ing Act No. 30 of 1949, incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938, and as approved for reprint on 3/3/50 in Volume 4 of the Reprinted Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia, 1951), in this Act referred to as the principal Act.

Section forty-four of the principal Act is

amended by adding after the word, "premises" in the cif 5. 44.

last line of the proviso the words, "of a holder of a

publican's general license, or an Australian wine

and beer license, or a wayside-house license".
