AN ACT to amend section ninety-eight of the Licensing

Act, 1911-1939.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amend-

of 1939, s. 3. meat Act, 1944, and shall be read as one with the Licens- ing Act, 1911-1939 (No. 32 of 1911 as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928 and amended by the Acts No. 27 of 1928, No. 41 of 1928, No. 23 of 1929, No. 30 of 1930, No. 27 of 1931, No. 36 of 1931, No. 49 of 1931, No. 35 of 1934 and No. 34 of 1939), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment

of s. 98. 2.

Section ninety-eight of the principal Act (as amended by the Acts No. 41 of 1928, No. 35 of 1934 and No. 34 of 1939) is hereby amended by deleting the words "forty-five" in line one and inserting in lieu thereof the word "fifty."
