AN ACT to amend section sixty-two of the Licensing

Act, 1911.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amend-

ment Act, 1931.

Amendment Of e. 62. 2. Section sixty-two of the Licensing Act, 1911 (as re- printed with amendments in the 1928 sessional volume of the Statutes), is hereby amended by the addition of a subsection, as follows :—

(3.) An application may be made at any time on or before the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, in respect of any house and premises ap- proved or referred to by or in any provisional certificate which has been heretofore granted in the year nineteen hundred and thirty or nineteen hundred and thirty-one, and the time specified in any such provisional certificate (whether it has already expired or not) is hereby ex- tended for all purposes to the end of the year nineteen hundred and thirty-two accordingly.
