AN ACT to continue the operation of Part V. of the

Licensing Act, 1911.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inI3and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amend- ment Act, 1930, and shall be read as one with the Licensing

Act, 1911, as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1928 as amended by the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1928, and the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1928 (No. 2), and the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1929, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Continuance of

Part V. of the principal Act as amended by the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1928, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day o December, 1933.

Part V. 2.

Amendment of

Section two of the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1928, is amended by deleting the figures " 1930 " in sub- section one, and inserting in lieu thereof the figures " 1933."
