AN ACT to amend Sections Twenty-one and Forty-six

of the Licensing Act, 1911.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amend- ment Act, 1929, and shall be read as one with the Licensing Act, 1911, as reprinted in the appendix to the sessional volume of the Statutes for the year 1928, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

A moidmeot of B. 21. 2. Section twenty-one of the principal Act (inserted by

section eight of the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1922) is amended by inserting in paragraph (b) of subsection (4) thereof, after the word "re-appointment," the words "or his term of office may be extended by the Governor for not exceeding twelve months." The said subsection shall have effect, as amended, from the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

Amendment'of s. 48.

3. Subsection (1) of section forty-six of the principal Act

is amended by inserting after the word "person," in para- graph (b), the words "or sells spirit in bond to another occu- pier of a vineyard."
