AN ACT to amend the Licensing Act, 1911.

[Assented to 2nd December, 1916.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Licensing Act Amendment A ct, short title.

1916, and shall be read as one with the Licensing Act, 1911, and

the amendments thereof.

2.      Every Australian Wine License granted or renewed at a Australian wine

Licensing Court held in the month of December, 1916, or at any License'

adjournment thereof, shall be granted or renewed to have effect

until the thirty-first day of March, 1917.

Provided that the fee payable for such license shall be one

fourth of the license fee payable for a year.
