Made by the Land Surveyors Licensing Board with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations are the
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 October 2023.
These regulations amend the
Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

2. | Application under regulation 7 for approval of assignment of a professional training agreement | $53.25 |
