Made by the Land Surveyors Licensing Board and approved by the
Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 September 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Licensed Surveyors (Licensing and
Registration) Regulations 1990.

4.            Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule I and insert:

Schedule 1 — Fees

[r. 5,7, 13, 15, 16, 18, 18B, 18C, 18E and 19]

The fee specified in an item in this Schedule is payable in respect of the matter specified in that item.

1.             Registration under regulation 5 of professional training

agreement $42

2.             Application under regulation 7 for approval of

assignment of professional training agreement $42
3.	Application under regulation 13 to enter examination $80

4.             Examination fee under regulation 13 (for each

examination or project) $42
5.	Issue under regulation 18 of letter of accreditation $57

6.             Issue under regulation 18E of replacement certificate

or licence $34
7.	Application under section 7 of the Act for a licence $45.50
8.	Application under section IIA of the Act for a practising certificate —

(a) for first year —

(i)	before 1 September	$143
(ii)	on or after 1 September	$63

(b) for each subsequent year $143

9. Renewal under section 11A of the Act of a practising

certificate for each year $143
