Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Land Surveyors Licensing Board with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Licensed Surveyors
(Licensing and Registration) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Licensed
Surveyors (Licensing and Registration) Regulations 1990*.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a) in items 1, 2 and 4 by deleting "$30" and inserting instead -

$110 ";
