Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Land Surveyors Licensing Board with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Licensed Surveyors (Guidance of
Surveyors) Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Licensed
Surveyors (Guidance of Surveyors) Regulations 1961*.

3.             Regulation 36 amended

(1) Regulation 36(1) is amended by deleting "made from a material
approved by the Board." and inserting instead

" or a steel peg 75 mm square, at least 0.6 m long.

made from jarrah, jam (wood) wandoo, steel, concrete

or polypropylene.

(2) Regulation 36(1a) is repealed.
(3) The Table to regulation 36 is amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "another material and to dimensions approved by the Board." and inserting instead —

polypropylene, 75 mm square, at least 0.45 m long. '';

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting ", a steel peg 75 mm square, material and to dimensions approved by the Board." and inserting instead —

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting ", a concrete post, 50 mm

square, at least 0.4 m long or a mark made from another material and to dimensions approved by the Board." and inserting instead —

" or a concrete post, 50 mm square, at least 0.4 m long.
