An Act to enlarge the t ime for the grant ing of

Licenses in pursuance of an Act int i tuled

" An Act to regulate the granting of Licenses for

WH E R E A S Licenses in pu r suance of a n Ac t in such case m a d e and

it is necessary to enlarge t h e t ime for t h e g r a n t i n g of

provided Be it therefore enacted by H i s Excel lency t h e Governor of

N e w Sou th Wales w i th t h e advice of t h e Council t h a t i t shall be

lawful for t h e Jus t ices of t h e Peace in Q u a r t e r Sessions or by special

appo in tmen t assembled on or before T h u r s d a y t h e t h i r d day of M a r c h nex t ensu ing to g ran t Certificates according to t he form and effect in t h e said A c t ment ioned and in t h e same m a n n e r as if t h e same h a d

been g ran ted on t h e n ine teen th day of th i s i n s t an t m o n t h of F e b r u a r y .
