" granting of Licenses for the Sale of Spirits

" Ale Beer and other Liquors in New South

requires the Certificate therein-mentioned to be signed by a Minister of the Church of

England, [loth February, 1825.]

WH E R E A S by a cer tain L a w or Ordinance made a n d passed by H i s Excel lency t h e Governor wi th t h e advice of t h e Council

in t i tu led "An Act to regulate the granting of Licenses for the Sale oj " Spirits Ale Beer and other Liquors in New South Wales and Van " Diemen's Land respectively" i t is amongs t other t h ings provided t h a t n o certificate as the re in is ment ioned shall be g ran ted before t h e appl icant for t he same shall produce to t h e Jus t ices the re in ment ioned a certificate signed by t h e Min is te r of t h e Church of E n g l a n d A n d whereas inconveniences have been felt in ca r ry ing t h e said provisions in to
