An Act to amend an Act inti tuled " An Act for " consolidating and amending the Laws relating " to the licensing of Public-houses and for "further regulating the sale and consumption of " fermented and spirituous Liquors in New

| WHEREAS doubts are entertained as to what persons are entitled to sue for fines forfeitures and penalties under an Act of the | Governor and Legislative Council of New South Wales intituled |
| " An Act for consolidating and amending the Laws relating to the " licensing of Public-houses and for further regulating the sale and " consumption of fermented and spirituous Liquors in New South " Wales" passed in the second year of the reign of Her present Majesty and it is expedient to remove the same Be it declared and enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof That it shall be lawful for the Chief or any other Constable to sue for and recover all fines forfeitures and penalties under and in pursuance of the said recited Act. |
