Broadcasting Services Act 1992
The Authority Division for Switchover and Planning, delegate of the AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY, makes this Variation under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

Name of Variation
This Variation is the Licence Area Plans – Omnibus (Community Television) Variation 2011.
Commencement
This Variation commences the day after it is registered.
3 Sunset Provision
This Variation will operate until 1 January 2014, at which time this Variation will cease to have effect.
4 Variation
(a) The instrument specified in Schedule 1 to this Variation is amended in the manner set out in Schedule 1.
(b) The instrument specified in Schedule 2 to this Variation is amended in the manner set out in Schedule 2.
(c) The instrument specified in Schedule 3 to this Variation is amended in the manner set out in Schedule 3.
