Variation to Licence Area Plan for Wollongong Radio – No 1 of 2006

Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Broadcasting Authority varies the Licence Area Plan for Wollongong Radio determined on 1 July 1999 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below.

(1)The determination in the principal instrument is varied to:

(a)number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6);

(b)in clause (2) omit the numbers “1.2 – 1.6” and to substitute the numbers “1.2 – 1.6 and 1.13 – 1.14”.

(c)insert the following clause after clause (6):

“(7) A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time”.

(2)Under the heading “SCHEDULES”, immediately following the determination,

(a)omit the words “Each of the schedules sets out:”;

(b)omit all eight paragraphs marked with dot points;

(c)omit the heading “Status Column” and all text immediately following the heading; and

(d)omit the heading “Frequency Column” and all text immediately following the heading.

(3)Schedules One and Two to the principal instrument are varied to omit column 2 including the heading and all text.

(4)Schedule Two to the principal instrument is varied to omit row 1 including all text.

(5)Attachments to the principal instrument are varied to omit Attachment 2.2.

This Variation commences on the day after it is registered.
