LICENCE AREA PLAN – SPENCER GULF NORTH RADIO
This plan for broadcasting services in the Spencer Gulf North area of South Australia is made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Six national radio broadcasting services and two commercial radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 - 1.13A to this plan.
One community radio service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 are set out in Schedule Two and Attachment 2.2 to this plan.
One community radio service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 3.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 3.1 are set out in Schedule Three and Attachments 3.2 to this plan.
One community radio service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 4.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 4.1 are set out in Schedule four and Attachments 4.2 to this plan.
One community radio service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 5.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 5.1 are set out in Schedule Five and Attachments 5.2 – 5.3 to this plan.
