Variation to Licence Area Plan for Rockhampton - Gladstone Radio -
No. 1 of 2009

Under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Communications and Media Authority varies the Licence Area Plan – Rockhampton – Gladstone (Radio) – March 1998 determined on 5 March 1998 and varied on 24 February 2005 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below:

1. Clause (3) of the Determination in the principal instrument is varied to omit the number “2.35” and substitute the number “2.36”.

1. Immediately following the determination, the principal instrument is varied to:

(a)omit the heading “SCHEDULES”;

(b)omit the words “Each of the Schedules sets out:”; and

(c)omit all eight paragraphs marked with dot points.

1. The principal instrument is varied to omit Schedule Two and substitute Schedule Two of this instrument.

1. Immediately following the schedules, the principal instrument is varied to:

(a)omit the first paragraph, marked with an asterisk;

(b)omit the heading “Status Column” and the five paragraphs immediately following the heading; and

(c)omit the heading “Frequency Column” and the paragraph immediately following the heading.

1. The principal instrument is varied to insert Attachment 2.36 of this instrument after Attachment 2.32.
